Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve maintenance planning and scheduling processes
• Set up and modify Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks, including servicing and inspection schedules, in line with business requirements
• Scope required maintenance activities, including repair, preventive, predictive, and design-out work, to support maintenance budgets and forecasts
• Assist in developing and maintaining standardized build specifications for mobile fleet assets, including specifications for new machine types
• Load and maintain assets within the Pronto CMMS and manage scheduled oil sampling through CAT SOS
• Maintain accurate asset master data, maintenance history, job records, technical information, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate weekly work order servicing schedules and forecast upcoming maintenance requirements to minimize fleet and equipment downtime
• Run forecast and validation checks to identify incorrect operating hours, scheduling issues, and inaccurate maintenance forecasting
• Manage work orders and associated service and inspection documentation within the CMMS
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and vendors
