Job summary

V2X, supporting LOGCAP, is seeking a Scheduler located in the Philippines to plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for critical assets. You will bridge maintenance execution, supply chain, and operations to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.

Under supervision of the Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager, you will create daily to monthly schedules, review work orders, allocate resources, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of maintenance scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple job sites and priorities.
• Ability to communicate, interact and work with diverse teams.
• Strong emphasis on safety and compliance.
• Basic computer skills for CMMS and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for critical assets (vehicles, generators, HVAC, facilities).
• Review work orders, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources based on mission needs.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply, and operations to ensure parts, tools, and manpower availability.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules aligned with operational tempo.
• Balance workload across teams to optimize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Track and adjust schedules based on emergent repairs or mission changes.
• Issue work packages with detailed job plans, safety requirements, and instructions.
• Monitor work progress and update schedules in CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with LOGCAP standards and safety protocols.
