Job summary

Agripacific Corporation seeks an Engineering Planner to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supporting reliable plant operations at our Cavite facility.

The role involves planning, scheduling, and tracking maintenance tasks using EMMS and SAP S/4HANA, with emphasis on inventory control and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and has 1+ year in maintenance planning, and is willing to work in Tanza, Cavite using MS Office to generate reports.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Technology or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the maintenance field or maintenance planning.
• Ability to develop short-term and long-term maintenance plans and monitor execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be assigned in Tanza, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance programs using EMMS and SAP S/4HANA.
• Manages manpower, materials and spare parts to ensure timely planned maintenance.
• Analyzes breakdowns and downtime to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Plans routine preventive maintenance activities (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) including major repairs.
• Maintains data recording of machine parts run-hours for predictive maintenance.
• Coordinates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to reduce maintenance costs.
• Maintains maintenance documentation and records.
