Job summary

FRANKLIN BAKER COMPANY OF THE PHILIPPINES is seeking a Maintenance Planner in the Philippines to manage preventive maintenance with accurate equipment records and to forecast shutdown activities. The role involves preparing reports and ensuring compliance with SOPs across plant operations.

The ideal candidate holds a licensed mechanical or electrical engineering degree and has 1–2 years in maintenance planning, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (licensed).
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance planning.
• Background in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the preventive maintenance system with equipment records.
• Forecast maintenance shutdown activities.
• Create equipment summary reports for Engineering and Maintenance.
• Prepare requisition for services, project progress report and certificate of completion for projects and outside repairs.
• Monitor SOP compliance in each equipment.
• Prepare monthly submission report to Engineering and Maintenance Manager.
• Update preventive maintenance system and program for all equipment plant wide under Engineering and Maintenance.
• Implement preventive maintenance through inspections and test by documentation and checklists.
• Plan forecasting of maintenance schedules on availability, especially on weekends and long shutdowns.

• Implements the preventive maintenance through inspections and test by formulation of documents and records with checklist and results.


• Plans the forecasting of maintenance schedules on the availability especially on weekend and long shutdowns.
