Job summary

Innovative Packaging Industry Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance activities to ensure reliable production. The role supports packaging operations and requires coordinating teams, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in an FMCG/manufacturing environment, with a strong background in equipment maintenance and proficiency in CMMS and MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Planner or in an engineering/maintenance role.
• Maintenance planning: developing, scheduling, prioritizing activities.
• Strong background in equipment maintenance to support production machinery and utilities.
• Supervisory skills to coordinate maintenance teams and monitor performance with safety/quality in mind.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG, preferably packaging or food industry.
• Knowledge of CMMS and proficiency in Microsoft Office apps.
• Technical diploma or bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with safety focus.

• Strong background in equipment maintenance and maintenance management to support the reliable operation of production machinery and utilities.




• Proven supervisory skills to coordinate maintenance teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.




• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment, preferably in the packaging or food industry.




• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.




• Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.




• Ability to interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and maintenance procedures.




• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
