Job Description

• Responsible with the management of records, supporting the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule, identifying equipment issues, guarantee equipment reliability, and maintaining safety and compliance standards of the company
• Creates monthly maintenance schedules based on machine running hours and records all consumption data.
• Develops improvement plans to decrease machine trouble, creates technical reports for major issues, and maintains a database for parts replacement and special repairs.
• Handles purchase requisitions, approval application, manages third-party service providers, and reviews maintenance contracts.
• Develops a comprehensive management business objectives and master project list and ensures it is regularly updated.
• Anticipates potential machine failures and arranges the essential resources for immediate recovery.
• Identifies opportunities and suggests improvements for process automation and digitalization.
• Follows all legitimate work instructions, standards, and company policies.
• Strictly enforces company rules and environment, health and safety regulations.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the working area throughout the shift, adhering to safety procedures and 5S/TPM/ISO standards.
