Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure the reliability and safe operation of production equipment, facilities, and related systems. The role requires a technical degree and hands-on leadership in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with a focus on safety and equipment uptime in a plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 1–2 years in supervisory or team‑lead roles.
