Delfingen PH - Filipinas Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing machine, equipment and facilities maintenance, quality systems management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The role focuses on KPI analysis, maintenance planning, safety and EMS/QMS compliance, and leading a team to ensure reliable plant operations and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• College Graduate with Engineering or Technical orientation.
• Knowledge of QMS (ISO 16949) and EMS (ISO 14001).
• Knowledge of Safety systems (SMS).
• 2+ years in machine, equipment and facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of problem-solving methods (8D, 5Y, Ishikawa, Fault tree).
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and delegate within a team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance of machines, equipment and facilities.
• Monitor and report maintenance KPIs.
• Manage machine and tooling qualification and maintenance processes.
• Plan preventive maintenance & scheduling.
• Lead maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effectiveness of Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety systems at department level.
• Optimize department resources to ensure reliable plant operations.

About the role

Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing machine, equipment and facilities maintenance, quality systems management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Site business review reporting
• Site Management review reporting
• Analysis on Maintenance Key Performance Indicator
• Management on Machine and Tooling qualification process
• Management on production moulds and tooling maintenance
• Preventive maintenance planning/Scheduling
• Maintenance project management
• Authorized to reject machines or processes upon existence of unsatisfactory performance or evaluation
• Ensures the effectiveness of Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management System at the department level
• Optimize all department means in achieving desired results to provide capable and reliable facilities and equipment for overall plant operations

About you

• College Graduate with Engineering or Technical orientation
• Understanding/knowledge of Quality Systems - ISO/IATF 16949 (QMS) & environmental management of EMS-ISO 14001 (EMS)
• Understanding/knowledge of Safety systems - any industry accepted safety standards (SMS)
• More than 2 years of experience in machine, equipment and facilities maintenance for the same position
• Understanding/knowledge in problem-solving techniques/tools - e.g., 8D, 5Y, Ishikawa, Fault tree
• Can communicate both in verbal and written communications (English)
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving. Decisive.
• Ability to work effectively with the team and communicate within the entire organization
• Ability to delegate task and ensure efficiency of the results
• Ability to lead the team towards the group objectives
