Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant / Multi-Skilled Technician to maintain gas station facilities through civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC works. You will supervise contractors and ensure compliance with approved plans, schedules, and safety standards.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and on-call emergency repairs, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.
The Maintenance Assistant / Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving gas station facilities through civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC works. Ensures facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with company standards and local regulations. Supervises contractors during renovation and construction projects to ensure quality work and adherence to approved scope, plans, and schedules.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and basic HVAC systems.
Install, repair, and replace doors, windows, walls, fixtures, lighting, wiring, plumbing fixtures, and related building components.
Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues using appropriate tools and testing equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Supervise contractor activities during renovation and construction projects, ensuring compliance with approved scope, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and health and safety regulations.
Respond to emergency repairs, perform on-call duties, and work extended hours when required.
Maintain good housekeeping, documentation, and customer service while performing maintenance tasks.
Technical vocational diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Building Maintenance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance.
Multi-skilled in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot, read blueprints, and use maintenance tools and testing equipment.
Knowledge of building codes and occupational health and safety standards.
Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Willing to travel, work on-call, and render overtime when necessary.
TESDA certification and a valid driver's license are an advantage.
