Job summary

Team Global Facility Solutions Inc. is seeking a diligent Facilities Maintenance Technician in the Philippines to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and equipment.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other facility-related systems, conduct routine inspections, and record maintenance activities while upholding safety policies and standards across all work areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems.
• Ability to inspect equipment and identify faults or hazards.
• Capable of using hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other facility-related systems.
• Perform routine inspection of equipment and identify potential faults or safety hazards.
• Carry out basic electrical works, including troubleshooting of lighting, outlets, breakers, and control systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs such as leaks, clogged drains, valves, fixtures, and water lines.
• Conduct basic carpentry, painting, masonry, and general building repair works as required.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment properly.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair requirements.
• Record completed maintenance activities, findings, and equipment conditions.
• Assist in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Comply with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties related to facility maintenance as assigned.
