The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient facility operations. This role requires adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to address both preventive and corrective maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including motors, pumps, lighting, control panels, and basic automation systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent system breakdowns.
- Repair walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and flooring as needed.
- Maintain water supply, drainage systems, and minor pipe installations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and spare parts usage.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment or facilities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Vocational course, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or Maintenance Staff.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, plumbing, and basic HVAC.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime or on-call if required.
- NC II/III certification or relevant licenses is an advantage.
