Job summary

MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Roving Maintenance Staff to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across branches.

You will respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensure all facilities are functioning properly, and coordinate with branch personnel. The role requires physical fitness, independence, and willingness to travel between sites, with preference for drivers with a valid license.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level.
• With experience in building, facility, or equipment maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair works.
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to different branch locations.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy.
• With a valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
