Responsibilities

• Maintaining systems: Performing repairs, adjustments, and maintenance on systems like plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, and security.
• Inspecting: Checking equipment, buildings, and systems for quality and stability.
• Scheduling: Planning and scheduling routine repairs and maintenance.
• Cleaning: Performing routine cleaning and sanitizing, including cleaning delicate items.
• Troubleshooting: Responding to issues and problems reported by colleagues or clients.
• Documenting: Keeping records of routine testing, repairs, and troubleshooting, and ensuring documentation is up to date.
• Maintaining safety equipment: Checking and maintaining safety equipment like fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and carbon monoxide detectors.
• Performing grounds maintenance: Replacing exterior light bulbs.
• Maintaining vehicles, tools, and equipment: Keeping the tools and equipment used to perform the job in good condition.
