Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance support to the Property Management Office. This role requires basic understanding of multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry, and general building maintenance. The Maintenance Staff must possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team to ensure the efficient operation of the property management team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on AC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and other building components.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or building management and resolve issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, AC, and mechanical systems as needed.
- Install, repair, or replace building fixtures, appliances, and equipment, such as doors, windows, locks, faucets, and lighting fixtures.
- Assist with building renovation or construction projects, including carpentry work, drywall installation, painting, and flooring.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies and ensure they are properly stored and maintained.
- Monitor building systems for energy efficiency and make recommendations for improvements to reduce utility costs.
- Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and address their concerns or inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment specifications.
- Collaborate with other building staff, contractors, and vendors as needed to complete maintenance and repair tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in building maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple trades, such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and AC repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, colleagues, and vendors.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Willing to work in Kanlaon St. Quezon City (Near welcome rotonda).
