Job summary

MCI Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective maintenance and inspections of M&E systems in a building environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a diploma in mechanical or electrical disciplines, with the ability to troubleshoot across multiple systems. Based in Novena, you will work Monday to Saturday with standard working hours and a disclosed interview process for bonus details.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of building facilities and M&E installations.
• Troubleshoot and attend to faults involving electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and related systems.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of air-conditioning, ventilation, pumps, motors, lighting and other M&E equipment.
• Monitor the condition and performance of M&E systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out necessary repair works.
• Record maintenance activities, faults and repair works accurately.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair works when required.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Working Days: 5.5 days, Monday to Saturday
