Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Building Technician to perform routine and corrective maintenance on M&E systems within our facilities in Nueva Ecija, Philippines.

The role focuses on servicing, inspections, and timely resolution of issues to ensure continuous operation. The ideal candidate holds a Nitec qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Technology, or Facility Management and has at least 1 year of experience in Facilities Management or Building

Qualifications

• Nitec qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Technology, or Facility Management.
• At least 1 year experience in Facilities Management/ Building Maintenance works.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance tasks, including servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of building M&E systems, such as air-conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing and sanitary fittings, fire protection systems, and other related equipment.
• Respond promptly to service requests, breakdown incidents, and feedback from stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee the work of contractors and service providers to confirm that all tasks are completed according to established specifications and quality standards.
• Participate in miscellaneous maintenance projects and handle additional tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
