Job summary

Dash Cargo Logistics is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Luzon to drive sales growth, acquire new customers, and expand market presence across Luzon. The role is hands-on in sales and business development, focused on direct selling, account management, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities within the Luzon territory.
• Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new customers.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and sales KPIs.
• Identify potential markets, customers, and opportunities across Luzon.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, forecasts, and other sales documents.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements within company guidelines.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Monitor customer requirements, orders, and opportunities and coordinate with relevant departments for fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer needs and provide market insights to management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and other departments to support customer requirements.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, client meetings, and other business development activities.
• Conduct regular field visits and travel throughout Luzon as required.
• Provide recommendations to the Director of Sales, Marketing and Operations on market opportunities, customer needs, pricing, competitors, and sales strategies.
• Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned.
