Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a proactive Field Sales Specialist to drive targets across the Makati/North area. You will develop territory plans, expand distribution, and build strong customer relationships with key accounts.

The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, willingness to conduct frequent field visits, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while aligning with company sales programs and merchandising objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, territory management, FMCG, distribution, or related industries; HOREA channel or FOODSERVICE preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to conduct frequent field visits within the assigned territory.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Process orders, pricing, promotions, and commercial arrangements within guidelines.
• Ensure product availability, distribution, and merchandising; communicate opportunities to management.
• Develop sales forecasts and territory action plans.
