Job summary

FWD Life Philippines seeks a senior Sales Leader to drive Luzon sales performance, achieving APE targets and managing the agency workforce. You will coach and lead Leaders and Planners, recruit and develop productive teams, and ensure alignment with Head Office initiatives.

The role requires a college degree and at least 5 years of sales and management experience in life insurance or financial services. Location: Luzon, with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• College graduate with at least 5 years of sales and management experience in life insurance and/or financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead Luzon Sales Division to achieve APE, manpower, coded agents, and other sales quality targets.
• Manage current and incoming sales teams through coaching, influencing skills, and leadership.
• Collaborate with Leaders and Planners to recruit, activate, and develop productive agency teams.
• Monitor performance against targets; report to Head Office and keep Leaders informed of developments.
