Aux is seeking an experienced Travel Operations Specialist to coordinate complex travel arrangements and premium experiences. This remote role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines across time zones.

The position supports active travelers during schedule changes and disruptions, with an emphasis on operational excellence and client satisfaction. US Eastern Time coverage and premium service are core aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in travel agency operations, hospitality reservations, or similar operational role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience invoicing, payment tracking, and admin processes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage air travel via GDS platforms.
• Handle fare rules, exchanges, reissues, cancellations, and changes.
• Coordinate hotel/villa/transport/dining/experiences reservations.
• Prepare travel documents, confirmations, and itineraries.
• Generate client invoices and reconcile supplier payments.
