Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is required.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience in Pool Operations, Recreation, or related hospitality setting.
• Experience with luxury hotel standards and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the Pool facility, ensuring seamless service and safety.
• Lead, coach, and develop colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and licensing compliance across pool operations.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments for smooth operations.
