Job summary

NUSTAR Resort & Casino Cebu City is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor for FiLI Lobby Lounge. The role is probationary and involves overseeing outlet operations, guiding Supervisors, Captains, and service agents across shifts while ensuring high service standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years supervisory experience in a 4–5 star setting, strong English communication, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
Three (3) years' experience in supervisory level in a 4–5-star hotel or quality restaurant.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Willing to work any day and any shift.
Have a well-groomed, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Oversee outlet operation, supervise Supervisors, Captains, and F&B Service Agents on shifts and monitor service standards.
Be knowledgeable about cuisines, wines, cocktails and their preparation and service.
Achieve business goals for the outlet and monitor progress with the outlet manager.
Be prepared to work in other F&B outlets as required.
Support the outlet manager to achieve financial, service, and related goals.
Work with team to formulate promotional ideas to increase revenue.
Monitor cashiering procedures in line with accounting standards.
Monitor wastage and maintain labor productivity ratios.
Inspect table set-ups and ensure cleanliness and order.
Review reservations and ensure menus and specials are posted clearly.
