Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary experience, preferably in luxury hotel or fine-dining.
• Strong organizational skills with a creative approach to recipe development and culinary excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage and luxury hospitality operations; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees culinary operations, driving productivity, performance, and team development through organization, training, mentoring.
• Upholds high standards of culinary quality, sanitation, hygiene, and safety; develops refined recipes and presentations.
• Manages culinary costs, control, requisitioning, inventory, and adherence to standards.
