Job summary

Fairmont Makati is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to oversee pastry and bakery operations, ensuring luxury standards of quality, presentation, and cost efficiency.

Lead and develop the culinary team through training, coaching, and performance management while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Collaborate with the Pastry Chef to create refined menus and recipes that elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary or Pastry Arts degree is an advantage.
• At least five years of pastry experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Demonstrated creativity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail in pastry preparation, recipe development, and presentation.
• Sound knowledge of pastry operations, food safety, and luxury hospitality standards, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
