Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a luxury hotel kitchen.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures standardized recipes are followed by all culinary team members and oversees ordering, inventory, and food controls.
• Adheres to culinary standards and guidelines in production; maintains sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Motivates and engages staff, and assists training and development of colleagues.
