Job summary

RoomFour is seeking a Construction Project Manager & Estimator to lead projects from estimation through completion. You will complete take-offs, analyse quotes, and manage trades and scheduling to deliver premium renovations and extensions for high-end residential projects.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organised, and fluent in English, with experience interpreting Australian residential plans and a proactive ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in building/construction projects.
• Ability to interpret plans, specs and quotes with high accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal English for client and trades communication.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Wunderbuild or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Complete take-offs from plans and specifications.
• Analyse trade quotes against scope, plans and specs.
• Generate purchase orders and verify invoices.
• Coordinate trades and maintain the project schedule.
• Keep clients updated on progress and respond to questions.
• Liaise with site supervisor for on-site updates and timesheets.
• Manage payments with the accounting team.
