You will work directly with the business owner and lead Project Manager, performing take-offs, bids, supplier coordination, and pipeline tracking with a focus on zero leakage in bids.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years glazing/fenestration experience, proficiency with Bluebeam,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related technical field is highly regarded.
Overseas client exposure with Australian, US, or European standards preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan Take-Offs: Perform precise quantity take-offs from digital blueprints and specs.
Bidding & Cost Analysis: Build itemized bids with unit counts for glazing panels, hardware, and equipment.
Material & Supplier Sourcing: Coordinate with regional suppliers for pricing, lead times, and specs.
Pipeline Tracking: Log bid stages, deadlines, and estimator notes in internal databases.
