What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for glass and aluminum components in construction projects
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and materials information
• Analyzing technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify all necessary materials and labor
• Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project budgets and timelines
• Maintaining a comprehensive database of cost data, labor rates, and material pricing
• Identifying potential cost savings and efficiencies throughout the estimating process
• Providing support and mentorship to junior estimating staff as needed
