Qualifications

• Proven experience in a five-star hotel or integrated resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and luxury service standards.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage restaurant events, group bookings, and guest relations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct daily briefings, assign stations, and ensure proper staff deployment.
• Monitor inventory, guest supplies, and operational requirements to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Handle VIP arrivals and ensure guest preferences and special requests are properly executed.
• Coordinate and oversee restaurant event orders and group bookings.
• Address guest concerns promptly using effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Support revenue generation initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and service consistency.
