Qualifications

• Bachelor-level hospitality education preferred.
• Experience in concierge/guest services is essential.
• Strong knowledge of luxury dining, arts, culture, and local destinations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Concierge, Guest Services, Transportation, Parking, and Airport operations.
• Manage payroll, staffing, and operating expenses; oversee Transportation P&L.
