Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in luxury beauty retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Strong leadership and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive boutique sales targets and brand objectives through strategic planning and client engagement.
• Lead and develop the Sales Team to exceed goals.
• Deliver elevated clienteling experiences through storytelling and personalized service.
• Ensure CRM initiatives and client development strategies are executed.
• Monitor performance, client feedback, and KPIs to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain for launches and merchandising.
• Oversee daily boutique operations and inventory alignment with market needs.
• Support recruitment, staffing, and onboarding for the team.
