• Soft skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Manage daily boutique operations, visual merchandising, and security compliance for high-value inventory.
• Client Relations & Sales: Drive sales performance, offer expert luxury consultation, and build lasting relationships with high-net-worth collectors.
• Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and mentor retail sales associates to meet and exceed targets.
• Inventory & Administration: Monitor stock levels, coordinate authentication processes, and handle reports on sales KPIs and buying trends.
