Q2 HR Solutions seeks a General Manager - Lubricant to lead a manufacturing and commercial business with full P&L accountability across operations, sales, quality, supply chain, HSEQ, and international business development.

The ideal candidate will drive financial performance, operational excellence, and compliance with global standards, building a high‑performing organization capable of meeting local and international requirements.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years in lubricants, chemicals, or industrial manufacturing.
• 7–10 years in senior leadership roles (GM/MD equivalents).
• Full P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience.
• Strong knowledge of lubricants or related industrial products.
• Experience leading sales across B2B, B2C, distributors, and export markets.
• Experience with quality standards and audit management.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue, profitability, and operating expenses with full accountability.
• Develop annual business plan, budget, and long‑term roadmap.
• Oversee manufacturing across multi‑site facilities with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Drive cost efficiency, product quality, cycle time, and operational performance.
• Lead commercial strategy across channels and export markets.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, environmental, and partner standards.
• Oversee end‑to‑end supply chain including sourcing, planning, inventory, logistics, and delivery.
• Build and lead a cross‑functional senior leadership team across Manufacturing, Commercial, Quality, HSEQ, Supply Chain, and Finance.
