We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will take overall responsibility for the brand and product management of our automotive and motorcycle lubricant portfolio. This role will manage the products from principal coordination and importation to pricing, market development, and sell-out performance.
- Manage the brand, products, and overall business development of automotive and motorcycle lubricants.
- Coordinate with principals and suppliers regarding products, pricing, packaging, containers, and business requirements.
- Manage product importation, availability, inventory, and replenishment.
- Develop and recommend pricing, margins, and commercial strategies.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and product performance.
- Drive sell-out growth through dealers, distributors, retailers, workshops, and other channels.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams on promotions, product launches, and brand activities.
- Identify new products, markets, customers, and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, product management, brand management, or sales.
- Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, lubricants, or aftermarket industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of pricing, distribution, product management, and sales channels.
- Experience dealing with principals or international suppliers is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
- Willing to travel for market visits and business development activities.
