Job summary

Lubestraders Corporation is seeking a Marketing Lead to head a small team of merchandisers and collaborate with sales leaders on brand execution for lubricants and other distributed brands.

You will design and drive marketing programs across consumer and industrial channels, aligning campaigns with brand guidelines and market principals. Strong analytics and communication in English and Filipino are essential, with travel across Metro Manila as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to both B2B/industrial and consumer/trade marketing.
• Prior experience managing a small team.
• Comfortable working with multiple brands/principals and adapting to brand guidelines.
• Analytical mindset - comfortable pulling together competitor pricing data and performance reports.
• Experience or strong interest in automotive, fuel, lubricants, or EV industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Willing to travel within Metro Manila, Rizal, and Bulacan as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing programs handed down for both consumer-facing (B2C) and industrial (B2B) sales teams.
• Coordinate with the brand's marketing calendar and ensure local execution meets brand and compliance standards.
• Design and execute marketing programs for the company's other distributed brands.
• Tailor campaigns to each brand's positioning while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines from principals.
• Track competitor pricing across product categories on a regular basis.
• Prepare periodic reports summarizing pricing movements and competitive positioning for management.
• Lead and manage a team of 2 marketing staff supporting brand campaigns and trade marketing execution.
• Set goals, review performance, and develop the team's skills.
