Job summary

Lean Solutions Group in the Philippines is seeking an LTL Logistics Coordinator to manage daily LTL shipments, keep carrier records accurate, and provide professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of LTL freight experience, strong communication, and solid knowledge of LTL, truckload, and multimodal freight solutions; you will work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in LTL freight operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-centric mindset.
• Solid understanding of LTL, truckload, and multimodal freight solutions.
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of LTL freight shipments and monitor delivery progress.
• Validate and update shipment records, tracking status, and load documentation.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with clear updates and reports.
• Leverage TMS and MS Office to track metrics and update systems.
• Collaborate with carrier sales, account management, and leadership teams.
• Identify delays or service issues and resolve problems proactively.
• Perform other daily operational support tasks as required by supervisors.
