Key Responsibilities
Execute & Command Freight: Oversee end-to-end execution of daily LTL shipments, actively monitoring movement across North American supply routes.
Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure 100% data integrity by managing load documentation, verifying shipment status, and keeping freight records spotless.
Deliver Standout Client Support: Serve as the trusted voice for key clients, delivering clear, proactive updates and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
LTL Expertise: 1-2 years of hands-on, direct experience in LTL freight operations.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent practical industry experience.
Industry Acumen: Solid foundational knowledge of LTL, Full Truckload (FTL), and multimodal transportation solutions.

Technical Skills
