Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Track and Trace Assistant to support our growing logistics division. You will handle end-to-end coordination of shipments, from booking to delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of freight operations (LCL, FCL, air), and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Reporting on-site in Makati is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms.
• Proficiency with TMS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and deadline management.
• Experience with LCL, FCL, and air freight.
• Ability to report on-site in Makati daily.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage booking requests and shipment instructions from clients and overseas agents.
• Review and extract shipment data, validate booking details, and coordinate space with carriers.
• Create and manage bookings in the Transportation Management System.
• Accurately calculate shipping costs using CBM, weight, or flat container rates based on shipment type.
• Coordinate pre-alert documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
• Communicate schedules, booking confirmations, and shipping instructions with all relevant parties.
• Track cargo status via carrier platforms and proactively communicate ETAs or delays.
• Maintain all shipment documentation organized.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as pricing, documentation, and finance to ensure operational continuity.
• Handle customer communications regarding booking changes, delivery updates, and document requests.
• Ensure every shipment meets service standards and client-specific compliance requirements.
