Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Principal Product Analyst for Loyalty Solutions. You will translate complex customer needs into detailed requirements, shape product concepts, and collaborate with finance, security, operations, and support teams to deliver value at a global scale.

The role emphasizes functional design, backlog prioritization, and coordinating with PMs and Epic owners to evolve the product roadmap within a Competency Center framework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Excellent analysis and design skills.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements from the customer and translate them into detailed specifications.
• Lead functional design, shaping the product vision and backlog with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery readiness.
• Validate delivered functionalities against acceptance criteria and UAT needs.
• Manage relations with Product, Project, Development, and Account teams.
• Contribute to long-term service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
