Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Principal Product Analyst (Loyalty Solutions) in the Philippines. You will translate complex needs into actionable requirements, shape the product backlog, and drive cross‑functional collaboration across product, development, and customer teams.

The role emphasizes customer-centric delivery within a Competency Center, shaping roadmaps, validating features, and ensuring alignment with business goals in a global loyalty program context.

Qualifications

• Excellent analysis & design skills.
• Knowledge of UML diagrams.
• Experience with Postman and API testing is highly desirable.
• SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or product owner is nice to have.
• 5+ years of experience and advanced knowledge in Product Management related roles.
• Understanding of different test tool applications.
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and share functional knowledge of processes, services, and end-user product usage.
• Analyze business requirements from the customer.
• Engage directly with the airline customer to clarify and refine requirements.
• Shape and maintain a clear view of the customer backlog, priorities, and business drivers.
• Size specification and validation work.
• Translate customer needs into scalable solutions and interact with features owners to develop backlog.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap aligned with stakeholders.
• Lead the prioritization of features with the agile team.
• Produce key deliverables and lead functional walkthroughs.
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and CC delivery constraints.
• Collaborate across Amadeus systems and groups for coherent prioritization.
