Principal Product Analyst (Loyalty Solutions)

About The Role

In today’s hyper‑competitive travel industry, Loyalty is no longer just a program, it is the engine that drives customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Your role will be focused on functional analysis: you are responsible for analyzing requirements, proposing solutions, estimating cost, writing specifications, and coordinating all impacted actors. This “construction” role goes hand‑in‑hand with building and evolving the product vision.

Within a Competency Center model, you will work as part of a dedicated, long‑term team serving a specific airline customer. You will act as a functional partner to the customer, contributing not only to requirement delivery but also to shaping the customer’s roadmap and priorities, while developing a deep understanding of their business context and transformation journey.

  • Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or upgrades and interact with Epic owners and Product Managers to develop features affecting the team backlog.
  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap. Define and continuously develop the product vision & the business value in line with the business owners, product managers and other Product Owners & agile teams
  • Support the product features definition (scoping). With the support of the Agile team, lead the definition and prioritization of the Features, based on customer needs and value, to deliver based on market and business needs
  • Produce key deliverables (Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications) and lead functional walkthroughs
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations, product capabilities, and CC delivery constraints (capacity, commitments, roadmap)
  • Translate customer needs into scalable solutions, balancing product alignment and necessary adaptations
  • Identify gaps between customer roadmap and product roadmap and propose pragmatic solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure functional compatibility across Amadeus systems
  • Collaborate with other teams across the group to ensure coherent prioritization, product alignment, marketing and user experience across various groups.
Overview Validation
  • Validate product compliance, system integrity, and ensure sign‑off
  • Investigate, validate, and prioritize reported incidents to ensure production integrity
  • Validate delivered functionalities against customer‑specific acceptance criteria
  • Support customer‑facing validation activities (UAT preparation, walkthroughs, clarifications)
Manage relations with key stakeholders
  • Interface with Product, Project, Development, Account, Implementation, and Migration teams
  • Act as a key interface within the Competency Center and with the customer
  • Collaborate closely with the extended account team (Customer Success, Implementation, Account Management)
