Job summary

Watsons Philippines is seeking a strategic Commercial Manager to lead the overall commercial development strategies for the LOOK At Me store, overseeing offline and online operations to accelerate growth while mitigating risks.

You will align with commercial and support functions to build a feasible growth strategy and maintain relationships with trade partners, negotiating terms, and reporting on contracts and performance.

Qualifications

• Developing and implementing commercial strategies that drives revenue and ultimately business growth of the LOOK At Me store
• Conducting retail market research to create business plans on commercial opportunities and analyzing new opportunities for growth while conducting risk assessments and due diligence specially when acquiring these new accounts
• Building and maintaining relationships with trade partners such as but not limited to negotiation, review and recommendations on commerciality and reporting of ongoing contracts and terms (i.e., Trading Term Agreement/TTA)
• Responsible for total P&L management of the business by managing and ensuring engagement of project teams while delivering a variety of projects
• Reviewing financial statements, store sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost optimization improvement.

Job description

Responsible for the overall commercial development strategies and offline plus online (O+O) business operations of the LOOK At Me store, aiming to accelerate growth while ensuring that risks are identified and mitigated. This position aligns and works closely with commercial and support functions to build a feasible growth strategy competitive within the market and executable for both it’s offline plus online stores.

This role focuses on:

• Developing and implementing commercial strategies that drives revenue and ultimately business growth of the LOOK At Me store
• Conducting retail market research to create business plans on commercial opportunities (i.e., expansion, business development, etc..) and analyzing new opportunities for growth while conducting risk assessments and due diligence specially when acquiring these new accounts.
