Job summary

Planet Sports Inc. in Metro Manila invites an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee a cluster of outlets. You will lead a motivated retail team, drive sales targets, and ensure top-tier customer service.

You will collate sales data, monitor store performance, coordinate with merchandising and warehouse teams, and analyse market trends to optimise revenue and inventory. Strong leadership and stakeholder communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and be responsible for the full operations of the cluster of outlets assigned.
• Lead and motivate the retail team towards meeting sales targets and customer service standards.
• Collate sales and trend data, analyse and review to meet business objectives.
• Achieve top-line sales revenue and other financial KPIs.
• Work with merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure correct products reach stores to meet revenue and inventory objectives.
• Monitor and control daily store performance including sales strategy, inventory, advertising and promotions.
• Develop the retail team by upgrading skills and knowledge to meet business needs.
• Gather and analyse industry, market and competitor information.
• Manage customer feedback and work with after-sales services when needed.
• Maintain relationships with area partners and implement changes and improvements required by management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and be responsible for the full operations of the cluster of outlets assigned.

• Lead and motivate the retail team towards meeting sales targets and the company’s required
  standard of customer service. Build and coach a strong team of committed and effective retail
  sales force.

• Collate sales, trend data, analyse and review to meet the business objectives and to facilitate
  planning.

• Achieve top line sales revenue and other financial KPIs.

• Work with merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure that the right products are distributed
  to the stores to meet revenue and inventory objectives.

• Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores on daily basis; including sales performance &
  strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion and etc.

• Work closely with the retail team to upgrade skills and knowledge of the team members in order
  to meet the needs of the business.

• Gather and analyse industry, market and competitor information.

• Manage customers’ feedback. Work with after sales services Operations team whenever
  necessary.

• Maintaining relationship, communicating & negotiating with all area partners also implementing
  changes and improvement required by the management.
