Position Summary

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies Inc. is seeking a seasoned, visionary Logistics & Warehouse Division Head to lead, scale, and optimize our entire warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations. Operating at a Division Head calibre, this executive will direct strategic supply chain initiatives, champion rigorous ISO compliance, and drive operational excellence across our manufacturing and distribution facilities.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse management within a manufacturing or industrial environment, demonstrating a proven track record in process automation, inventory accuracy, fleet optimization, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Operations Management

• Provide executive-level leadership over all warehousing, logistics, dispatching, and inventory control operations.

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with company growth targets, cost-efficiency goals, and high customer satisfaction standards.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational dashboards to track throughput, delivery lead times, warehouse capacity utilization, and logistics expenditures.

2. ISO Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Maintain, audit, and continuously improve warehouse and logistics operations in strict compliance with ISO standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling, hazardous/chemical storage safety, inventory tracking, and traceability.

• Lead root-cause analyses and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) implementations for any supply chain discrepancies or audit findings.

3. Inventory Control & Process Optimization

• Oversee end-to-end inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, high cycle-count accuracy, and zero stock-outs of raw materials and finished goods.

• Spearhead warehouse automation, digitalization initiatives, and WMS (Warehouse Management System) enhancements to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline workflows.

• Manage raw material staging and finished goods warehousing to support uninterrupted manufacturing schedules.

4. Fleet & Distribution Management

• Optimize inbound and outbound logistics networks, fleet management, and third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships to guarantee timely and cost-effective deliveries nationwide.

• Implement robust routing, tracking, and load-optimization measures to reduce transit times and distribution costs.

5. Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of warehouse supervisors, logistics specialists, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.

• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Sales divisions to ensure seamless operational synchronization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. (Master’s degree or relevant executive certifications are an advantage).

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management, preferably within chemical manufacturing, industrial goods, or fast-paced FMCG sectors.

• ISO Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and auditing ISO-certified quality management systems within a warehouse/logistics setting.

• Executive Calibre: Demonstrated leadership maturity with experience managing large teams, multi-site distribution networks, and substantial operational budgets.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Excellent analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
