Responsibilities

• Lead overall supply chain, logistics, inventory, and distribution center operations.
• Drive inbound, outbound, fulfillment, dispatch, and transportation execution.
• Develop inventory control, logistics, and distribution strategies to improve performance.
• Manage inventory accuracy, replenishment planning, and shrinkage control.
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations for timely delivery and efficient movement.
• Lead cycle counts, reconciliations, and annual inventory audits.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Executive to lead end-to-end distribution, inventory, and logistics operations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role is heavily focused on logistics execution, distribution center operations, inventory management, and supply chain optimization, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and seamless product movement across the supply chain network.

The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to Retail, FMCG, and E-commerce operations, with proven experience managing large-scale logistics and distribution operations, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall supply chain, logistics, inventory, and distribution center operations
• Drive efficient execution of inbound, outbound, fulfillment, dispatch, and transportation operations
• Develop and implement inventory control, logistics, and distribution strategies to improve operational performance and service levels
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock availability, replenishment planning, stock aging, shrinkage control, and inventory optimization initiatives
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery, efficient movement of goods, and optimized distribution processes
• Lead cycle counts, stock takes, reconciliation activities, and inventory audits to maintain inventory integrity
• Analyze operational, logistics, and inventory data to identify trends, operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Partner closely with warehouse, transport, planning, procurement, commercial, and customer service teams to support business objectives
• Drive KPI management across logistics, fulfillment, inventory, service levels, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, cost optimization, process standardization, and supply chain transformation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, safety standards, and operational policies
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations and inventory teams
• Prepare executive-level reports, operational reviews, and business performance presentations for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Extensive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Warehousing, and Inventory Management
• Strong operational background in Retail, FMCG, and E-commerce industries
• Proven experience handling large-scale logistics and high-volume distribution operations
• Strong exposure to transportation, dispatch, fulfillment, and warehouse operations
• Experience managing multi-site distribution center or nationwide logistics operations is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse management, replenishment planning, and logistics execution
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel/data analytics tools
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven experience in process improvement, operational optimization, and supply chain transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience leading large operational teams in fast-paced environments
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within omnichannel or e-commerce fulfillment operations
• Exposure to supply chain automation, systems implementation, or operational transformation projects
• Lean Six Sigma or operational excellence certification is an advantage
• Experience handling complex nationwide distribution networks preferred
