Job summary

TigerUX in Cebu City is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain professional to help manage demand planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination for hog and poultry operations. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to optimize distribution, monitor cold chain storage, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills, with travel as needed and opportunities to improve processes across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of demand planning, inventory control, distribution, and transportation management.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to coordinate effectively with Sales, Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Knowledge of cold chain logistics and trucking operations is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and conduct warehouse/field inspections.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Operations on demand and supply planning, ensuring inventory levels meet business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with established biosecurity protocols for all inbound and outbound transactions.
• Develop and optimize product distribution and delivery processes for hog and poultry operations, prioritizing customer needs and resource efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate product pull-outs, including live hogs, eggs, live chickens, and other products, based on sales demand and availability.
• Oversee warehouse logistics operations, including cold chain and carcass storage, and monitor inventory movement.
• Monitor company and third-party fleet compliance, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle registrations.
• Ensure third-party transport providers meet company standards and partner requirements.
• Support cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products.
• Prepare inventory reports and communicate key inventory metrics to warehouse management.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices across Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Finance, Accounting, and IT.
• Conduct inventory audits and reconcile stock levels against sales and production data.
• Assist in developing and maintaining supply chain policies, procedures, and planning processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and standard operating procedures for demand and supply planning activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
