Job summary

Batzam1 Sales Distribution Corporation in Lubao, Pampanga, is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations. You will be one of the key gatekeepers of the warehouse, working with the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to ensure stocks, invoices, and documents are checked and properly recorded.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and organization.
• Good coordination and communication; able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• 1. Warehouse Gatekeeping & Control: monitor stock movement with supervisor and verify documentation.
• 2. Returned Invoices & Documents: validate returned or cancelled invoices and prepare related records.
• 3. TMS & Route Planning: assist in route planning and coordinate delivery schedules.
• 4. Delivery & Dispatch Documentation: prepare delivery logs and ensure complete documents for dispatch.
• 5. Inventory & Transaction Monitoring: assist in inventory movements and reconciliations.
• 6. Reporting & Administrative Support: maintain warehouse and logistics reports; support daily operations.
