Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily warehouse operations, receive and verify deliveries, and ensure accurate stock records. The role involves organizing materials, issuing items to staff, and maintaining a safe, clean storage area.

You will conduct regular inventory counts, assist in stock audits, and help with loading/unloading tasks while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Education at least high school level or higher.
Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or mining operations is advantageous.
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
Physically fit and able to lift/move materials as needed.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other warehouse systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
Prepare and issue materials, tools, and equipment to authorized personnel.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock audits.
Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
Report damaged, missing, or expired items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
