Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
• Must have 10 years of relevant experience in Operations Management, FMCG, distribution or consumer goods.
• Strong experience in managing sales, distribution, warehouse/supply chain, finance, and people operations.
• Experience working with or managing a distributor, principal, or FMCG business is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of distributor operations, sales execution, inventory management, and business controls.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive business results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with business and operational reports.
• Willing to conduct regular field visits and travel extensively.
• Willing to be primarily based at the company warehouse in Lubao, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the distributor's operations to align with principal objectives.
• Serve as primary contact between distributor and principal for management and operational concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Business Principles, Code of Conduct, Distributor Agreement and policies.
• Facilitate regular operations meetings to review objectives, performance, challenges, and actions.
• Monitor and implement controls to safeguard assets, inventory, and resources.
• Represent the distributor in meetings with principal and other engagements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration for smooth distributor operations.
• Monitor distributor sales performance and achieve key sales objectives.
• Ensure field teams follow Quality of Sales standards.
• Implement sales programs to ensure product availability, visibility in trade.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities.
• Review Daily Operations Review (DOR) covering Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Promotions.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Work with Sales to improve territory execution and results.
• Work with Supply Chain to ensure Good Warehousing Practices.
• Ensure efficient inventory management, warehousing, order fulfillment, distribution.
• Monitor supply chain performance and address issues.
• Support initiatives to improve efficiency, inventory accuracy, delivery, service levels.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to safeguard products.
• Partner with Finance Manager to safeguard distributor's financial interests.
• Review financial performance and indicators against targets.
• Ensure financial controls and processes across the organization.
• Identify financial and operational risks and implement corrective measures.
• Support management with data-driven decisions.
• Partner with HR Manager to ensure HR policies and people management practices.
• Promote positive employer relationships.
• Identify manpower, training, coaching needs to improve performance.
• Support succession planning and talent development programs.
• Provide coaching and performance support to key personnel.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, high performance.
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, profitability.
• Develop action plans to address gaps and operational challenges.
• Monitor key operational metrics and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure timely resolution of cross-functional issues.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with standards and business objectives.
