Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Logistics Warehouse Assistant to join our Santo Tomas, Batangas team. You will manage inbound containers, verify items, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure orderly, on-time shipments.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, signing delivery notes, unpacking, stocking shelves, and preparing client orders while keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Night/early shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, or Business Management.
• . Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• . At least 6 months of experience in logistics or warehouse.
• . Detail-oriented with accuracy and precision.
• . Strong time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
• . Willingness to work night and early morning shifts.
• . Willing to be assigned to Sto. Tomas, Batangas address.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure correct stock.
• Sign delivery notes upon receipt.
• Unpack items and arrange on shelves.
• Prepare client orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Report breakages and spills.
• Assist other staff during lulls in the day.
